🌄 Are you an outdoor kid with indoor talent? 🏃‍♀️ Or maybe an indoor kid with outside aspirations? 🚵‍♂️ Do you dream of dirt roads and mountains, in haiku and memory, wake up in a city apartment with mud between your toes? 🌱 Do you feel like there is a clog in the story you're trying to write, like a seed caught in a throat? Do you need a prompt, an edit, a change of scenery, a pep talk? 🤼‍♀️ Do you think that if you don't have a deep discussion about craft you might just perish, but your bike isn't going to ride itself? 📓 Do you have questions about magazine publishing, essay writing, story structure, poetics, craft, or something else and wish you could just sit down with an editor and talk it out? 🚞 Do you want to join me in Missoula, Montana, August 30-September 3 to ride bikes, write, talk, eat great dinners prepared by a local chef, and maybe (probably) jump in a river?

How much will this cost?

$1,500 August 15 and later.Includes: Lodging in private room in beautiful shared house. Food and beverages included for continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks; catered dinner. Writing time including free-writes and prompts, editing help and discussions, discussions on craft and publishing, bike rides in Montana's forest roads and bike trails with hidden treats for riding and writing.
